I have used this whilst running a number of times now. It performs very well and so far there are no issues. The connection between the armband and the phone is definitely secure - an issue I was concerned about before buying.

It is relatively easy to attach and remove the case to the armband; a great benefit over cheaper models where you would have to remove the armband to use the phone.

The waterproof cover is snug, gives good protection and allows use of the touchscreen. It has slightly reduced functionality than when using the screen alone, but this was far better than I expected when compared to any previous case.

A feature I particularly like is the gap between the armband and phone holder. Previous armbands I have used, albeit less than half the price, soaked up a lot of sweat that contacted the phone. There is no such issue with this model.

I would definitely recommend this for anyone, particularly those that might want to access the phone during training (such as recording weight training programmes).

Apart from how long it took to be delivered i would say I'm satisfied with this product and the interaction with costumer service, i put this product at the same level as the more famous QuadLock, expecially if you just like me need a universal adapter, Quadlock has a universal that needs to be glued permanently to the phone or case, which doesnt even stick properly to certain materials, SP Connect went 10 steps ahead and did a lot better by creating a universal clamp, i absolutely love it, when i ride i atach it to my smartphone and if im not riding i remove it, takes around 10 seconds to do it, i find it extremely practical and versatile, im glad i found this company, i also ordered the waterproof pouch wich has an integrated mount so its just awesome.
