Order Process

  • We ship from California, United States.
  • We process orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 24 hours of arrival in stock.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation support@sp-connect.com
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@sp-connect.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide us. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • Important: Please provide an address to where you are certain that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence!
  • You will be notified if there are any issues or delays with your order via email, therefore please ensure that the email address that you provide is a functional email account.
  • Please Note: We cancel orders sent to freight forwarders to streamline our international shipping and ensure secure, direct delivery to you.
  • Mexico Orders – RFC Requirement
    For successful delivery of orders to Mexico, an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) number is required at checkout. This ensures smooth customs clearance and prevents shipping delays. Please make sure to enter your RFC number correctly during checkout to avoid any issues with your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
