So far it's working good can't complain

When form meets function, things becomes flawless.

Universal is not universal. It only works on thinner phone not on latest phones.

The grabbers are not deep enough to hold todays thicker, modern phones. For what it is, it is too expensive.

My older universal mount would not grab my new iPhone. This grabs even with a case on.

The clamp screw is torture to turn-tight and the serrated part is painful
The max clamp is barely deep enough for a larger phone with a thicker case. It should be a plain rectangle and should have a magnet. It has to be screwed in really tight to not fall out

One of the easiest and quickest ways to secure your phone to anything. Works incredible on my bike and it easily detaches if you need to use your phone.

Fit great ,looks great. Not sure why you let bmw deliver new 2026 bikes with a set up that only fits phones from 15 yrs ago? Hence my extra purchase of a larger holder. So all new bmw bikes come with an outdated obsolete sized holder? Good way to sell old useless stock to a big company. Good biz model

It’s perfect. It fits my large iPhone perfectly easy to take on and off my bike very happy with it.

I think the product is great. I was introduced to it when I purchase a used Cannondale bike with an Intellmount rail. Without knowing all the details, I had to figure out that I had an older style mount (non-rotating). Your website shows it but does not explain it. Then I fumbled through trying to figure out if I needed to replace it with a newer style Intellimount and purchase a corresponding mount for a device, which, in my case is a phone. I purchased a new Intellimount (rotational) and an adhesive-backed universal for my phone. - Only to find out that the "Universal Interface" came with an adaptor for the older style "Microrail", which fits my older Intellimount. So I purchased something I didn't need. You list the adaptor in the specs but don't show it in the product photos. I think you need to consider information on your site that helps explain your system to someone who is not familiar with it. Maybe differentiate a mounting shoe from a corresponding attachment that goes on a device. I had trouble navigating to understand what I had and what I needed. ...and I have Masters Degree in Product Design.

Seems to work well. We will update after a few rides.

Kind of tight to fit

It was an excellent purchase as uit work very good with the two phones I use. What I would like to know if there is an adhesive with straight connections, not the round one.

I wanted a good phone mount for my bike that I could use with any phone I might have, and this serves that purpose very well. I can use my own case that works with QI wireless chargers.

This universal adapter works great the directions say it must be a smooth surface. I mount it to a textured phone case so I had to use additional adhesive to get it to hold strong enough to handle the vibration. I would definitely recommend this but also recommend follow directions of smoothing surface before applying.

I guess ok, SP as usual was awesome.. I’m converting from old linear mount sys to these new parenthetical ones.
Switched out my car mount and was disappointed; with the old mount, in unlocked position phone vertical it stayed attached so I could input my map stuff before flipping to pano view. New mount sys just slips off…
It’s not a big deal at all just a way I was used to using my phone… I really just don’t understand why the mounting sys was changed, as both seem quite secure…
