Phone Case - Samsung (SPC)

Phone case works exactly as described - great! Support from SP Support staff was outstanding!

I have been using the SP connect phone cases on several phone thru the years.
I use my phones for numerous tasks, from traveling in the air to my motorcycles.
These cases are simple, easy to mount options that are solid and don't loosen over time.
This time this company really stepped up their game and exceeded my expectations for customer service after I ooops on my order and purchased the wrong phone case.
They were timely in their response to process the return and in getting the correct phone I needed.
No hiccups or hurdles to jump in the return process.

After few uses I cant turn the mount anymore.

Since my son and I both use the same truck alternately I purchased sets of items so that either of our phones would be able to mount and charge easily. The phone cases magnetic ring barely holds the phone to the mount and the interlocking indentation tabs would have been a much better choice but then wireless charging wouldn't be available. Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend or purchase again.

Unfortunately this case provided the least protection of almost any other case I've owned. The back glass of my S23+ was shattered within 2 months! Luckily the S24+ I recieved as a replacement is exactly the same with the exception of the camera flash location. I cut a small new hole and it fit fine. So at least I didn't have to purchase a new case 2 months after this one. The magnetic ring barely supports the phone on pretty much any surface, including their own "compatible" dash mount. Ultimately after spending around $250 on everything, I am honestly pretty disappointed overall.

A little thin, not super protective, but a nice quality case

Good case, fits great, just wish it had a way to lock once it's been n the mount* updated review after many months of ownership. The case locks in just fine and the belt clip is surprisingly resilient. I figured it woke have broken a long time ago but have been pleasantly surprised. Love my case and recommend it to my friends.

Amazing like always..love the cases

The phone case and locking system work flawlessly. The stem mount system looks like part of the bike and I can imagine a better interchangeable system out there.

Good case, functional

The case is ok. I was hoping for something closer to an otterbox like I had previously on my phone bc I work in the trades and if it were to ever fall from bike. The edges around the camera and charging port are confusingly sharp and bothersome but the case seems to be fine otherwise.

Excellent. Works perfect. Exceeds expectations. Even the side buttons work better than the previous generation.

Not happy.. ive been a spc user for a long time.. i bought 6 cases and 1 universal which serves me perfectly with all accesories that i bought..
Since they replaced the original mount im hesitant to buy a new case.. but i did.. i purchased a new case and im happy with it because it has an adaptor to use with my old mounts.. the thing that i leave 1 star is because i keep on taking off the case to charge my phone and now i bought a new case.
Its the charging hole that makes me not happy after all the years im using this case.. i even bought a new usbC chager.. but did not work..

The case is nice...I have an Euphree E-Bike that has the SP connect mounts on it...Personally, I'd like the phone to sit up higher but I can't find a simple extension mount with the connectors on each end...

The item works really well and is really well made and overall I am quite satisfied. However, it is not as snug of a fit as I might prefer and going over extremely bumpy terrain the phone can start to turn and come off, you have to watch it.

I like the case and the ring/stand/holder bit for the back. Haven't installed it yet on my harley so don't know how that'll go yet, thus the 4 vs 5 star rating.

So far the item is great. Haven't dropped my phone yet. To see how well it protects from that. But love it for my motorcycle

The s23 ultra case does not fit well and will not protect your phone , I have seen other reviews with the same issue. I like the mounts but will not trust the case .
Hopefully they upgrade the case so I can use all the mounts I bought As of now its a waste of $$$

The main reason I purchased this case was the removable ring holder. I do not like the button on the case . Worse ones ever compared to much cheaper cases. The magnet barely holds to anything. Ring would be nice if there was some way to attach it to something.

False advertised it doesn't hold the way its shown, the adhesive i purchase with phone the case, it doesn't grip and it doesn't turn

Quality case, perfect fit.

Haven't had a problem yet and it's my second case.

The SP connect mounts and cases are the best on the market. We have tried other brands and they just don't compare. Currently have a mount on an FZ-09 and an R1!
Also, SP Connect customer service is responsive and takes care of their customers.

It took me about 2 days to become accustomed to the slim case, coming from the (ott)her brand. N this case is not bulky, locks on the motorcycle holder well, get the anti-vibration charger and you will definitely be satisfied. I even got the a/C vent charging clip for the car, they all work well.
