Shipping & Returns - FAQs

Shipping:

We provide FREE shipping using USPS First-Class Mail® for all orders within the continental United States including Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories. We also offer UPS Ground Delivery at the buyer’s expense.

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after receiving the order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are generally shipped by Tuesday or the second working day after the holiday

Important:
Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not neccessarily have to be the address of your residence.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:
  • complete (including all parts)
  • unused
  • undamaged
Of course you can try out the items - just like you are allowed to in any store - without reducing your right to return the goods.
